The device is equipped with pneumatic devices, sensors, pneumatic manipulator device, feeder, feeding and sorting device heat treatment furnace device, car movement device, water level device pump device, liquid level, flow sensor device touch screen module (optional) programmable controller (PLC) (optional), frequency converter device (optional), and other training institutions. The whole system is a modular structure to promote open training platform, training blocks can be combined according to different training requirements: at the same time, the school can also according to the teaching needs, configuration of different brands (PLC) module and inverter module and touch rub screen module, can also add other training modules. The system is mainly composed of three major systems: liquid level instrument process control system, industrial heat treatment furnace control system, mechatronic control system (packing station manipulator and sorting system).
